We know, there are times when you have extra items laying around and you think to yourself "I wish I could give this to someone who could find this useful".  And, we know, we are very fortunate to have many good things in life.....however............

• New microwave  (Note from Pat Kroblin:  Yes, we have a microwave...but, seriously, it takes three minutes to warm water!!)

• Elevator (we wish big!)
