The City of Tulsa

The City of Tulsa supports Tulsa Global Alliance and its mission by including TGA in the city’s budget.

TGA coordinates and staffs activities involving Tulsa's relationship with its International Sister Cities, and promotes and provides opportunities for cultural diversification, economic development, and tourism.

Banners for our International Sister Cities are displayed outside the Council Chamber on the second floor of City Hall.

Tulsa City-County Library

TGA enjoys an ongoing partnership with the Tulsa City-County Library. Annually, the library hosts TGA's World In a Box Day, a community-wide event featuring TGA’s Culture Boxes with booths and representatives from numerous countries. Our 2019 event had more than 1000 attendees!

The library has been instrumental in partnering with TGA to deliver cultural interactive events for children and families, and our Sister Cities have been well represented at library festivals.
