Micah Keyan
Executive Director

A lifelong Tulsan and longtime Tulsa Global Alliance supporter, Micah’s journey with TGA began in 2014. Before becoming Executive Director, Micah served as TGA’s Chair for the Tulsa-Utsunomiya, Japan Sister City Partnership, Vice Chair of Sister Cities, and interim Sister Cities Program Coordinator. Prior to joining TGA staff, he held various positions at Holland Hall, PennWell Corporation, and Apple. Micah holds a B.S.B.A. from the University of Tulsa and an A.A. in Japanese Language and Culture from Tulsa Community College.


Bob Lieser
Senior Director of Citizen Diplomacy

A native Tulsan, Bob has been on the TGA staff since 1998. He coordinates the schedules for international visitors to Tulsa through the U.S. Department of State International Visitor Leadership Program, and Community Connections, Open World, Youth Ambassadors, and Sister City programs for TGA. Bob previously worked as an English as a Second Language teacher and refugee job counselor at the YWCA Multicultural Center in Tulsa. He received a Bachelor’s degree in History and Russian Area Studies from Cornell University in 1992. Bob has served on the boards of the Friends of the Tulsa City-County Library, Tulsa Association of Volunteer Administrators, All Souls Unitarian Church Adult Programs Board, and Global Oklahoma.


Eileen Schaumleffle
Director of Development

Eileen joins TGA as Director of Development with over ten years of experience in advancing nonprofit missions. She is passionate about the nonprofit community in Tulsa, and she has successfully developed and implemented fundraising strategies to support critical initiatives, scholarships, and programs for a variety of organizations. With a strong background in public education, international language and cultural education, and nonprofit fundraising, she brings a unique perspective to the philanthropic sector. Eileen’s ability to build lasting relationships with diverse donors, partners, and stakeholders has been instrumental in achieving fundraising goals. Eileen has a Master of Human Relations and Bachelor of Anthropology, both from the University of Oklahoma.

Eileen is passionate about learning, traveling, and culture. She speaks Spanish, elementary French, and is currently pursuing Thai. Eileen is a board member of The Association of Fundraising Professionals Eastern OK, Poetic Justice, a volunteer with Tulsa Ballet, and a supernumerary with the Tulsa Opera.
