New Tulsa-Mwanza Logo, Banner, and Signs

Have you seen the new logo for our Tulsa-Mwanza Sister City Partnership? The logo incorporates the iconic Bismarck Rock, a popular landmark located on the shores of Lake Victoria, and a fishing boat to reference the city's history and industry. The purple color ties into the Mwanza flat-headed rock agama - the male lizards have brightly colored purple-to-red upper bodies.

Our Tulsa-Mwanza partnership logo, signs, and banners are now on display throughout many parts of Tulsa!:

  • Our pull-up banners are on display at Tulsa City Hall and our TGA events across the city.

  • Sister City Directional Sign #1: Tulsa Ports

  • Sister City Directional Sign #2: GRC Park / CCK Strategies (88th & Yale)

  • Sister City Directional Sign #3: Tulsa Riverparks (68th & Riverside)

  • Sister City Directional Sign #4: McCullough Park (25th & Garnett)

  • Sister City Directional Sign #5: Cathy Izzo Memorial Sister Cities Directional Sign at Tulsa City Hall - (2nd & Cincinnati)

If you’re interested in hosting or sponsoring our next Sister City directional sign, let us know!

TGA would like to thank Faith Parks, Kuma Roberts, April Gordon, Chris Gates, Kate Alao, and Sarah Gilpin for supporting these projects.
