Tulsa-Celle Ornament Exchange 2025
Christian Bengel, Tulsa City Councilor and Honorary Celle Ambassador
Tulsa Global Alliance is celebrating a season of connection, creativity, and international friendship as Tulsa and Celle, Germany exchanged holiday ornaments—a new annual tradition made even more special in this 25th anniversary year of the Tulsa-Celle Sister City partnership.
