Sister City Film Series: “Roma”
Tulsa Global Alliance partnered with Circle Cinema and the Tulsa Botanic Garden to present Roma, the first preview screening in the upcoming Sister City Film Series, set to debut in 2026. The event celebrated Tulsa’s long-standing partnership with San Luis Potosí, Mexico, and the shared power of art to build understanding across cultures.
Over forty guests gathered at Circle Cinema for an evening of film, conversation, and community. Guests had the opportunity to connect with TGA and Tulsa Botanic Garden representatives at informational booths, learning more about the Caja de Agua Fountain and Tulsa’s Sister City partnership with San Luis Potosí, Mexico.
Circle Cinema, recipient of TGA’s 2025 Global Vision Award for Outstanding Organization, continues to serve as a valued community partner in bringing global stories to Tulsa audiences. Through collaborations like this, TGA and Circle Cinema are working together to build bridges of understanding through film and culture.
The Sister City Film Series will continue in 2026, featuring films that showcase the creativity, diversity, and shared humanity of Tulsa’s nine Sister Cities.
