Iraqi Energy Experts Visit the University of Tulsa

In September 2023, Iraqi energy experts participating in a U.S. Department of State International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) exchange visited the University of Tulsa to explore research and innovation in the energy sector.

During their visit, participants toured university research facilities and engaged in discussions focused on best practices for facilitating a modernized and efficient energy sector. The exchange provided an opportunity to share perspectives on energy policy, infrastructure, and innovation while strengthening professional connections through people to people diplomacy.
