Beihai is a coastal city in Guangxi Province in southern China, known for its beaches, history, and vibrant cultural traditions. Through its Sister City relationship with Tulsa, Beihai supports programs that promote learning, cultural exchange, and lasting community connections.

The Beihai logo shows people reaching across a wave, inspired by the “Tide” sculpture on Silver Beach. The pearl in the design reflects Beihai’s coastal heritage, and the blue color represents the city’s sea and sky.
