Germanfest 2022 Brings Community Together for a Weekend of Food and Culture
Germanfest 2022 was a wonderful celebration of German culture, delicious food, and community spirit on a gorgeous Tulsa weekend. Hosted by the German American Society of Tulsa (GAST), the annual volunteer-run event transforms the GAST Center into a lively showcase of music, cuisine, and tradition.
The Tulsa-Celle Sister City Partnership was thrilled to participate, with volunteers and guests attending throughout the weekend. The event also highlighted cross-cultural collaboration within TGA, including support from Beihai Sister City Partnership Chair Alpha Zhang, who volunteered at the festival.
Germanfest continues to be a meaningful space for cultural connection in Tulsa, and TGA looks forward to future collaborations with GAST and all who help make this celebration possible.
