Mayors Extend Video Greetings for Tulsa–Utsunomiya 30th Anniversary

To mark the 30th anniversary of the Tulsa–Utsunomiya Sister City Partnership, Tulsa Mayor G. T. Bynum and Utsunomiya Mayor Eiichi Sato shared video greetings celebrating three decades of friendship. Mayor Bynum recorded his message from Tulsa City Hall, reflecting on the partnership’s accomplishments and the community connections it has fostered since 1992. Mayor Sato’s greeting from Utsunomiya expressed appreciation for the long-standing relationship and highlighted the value of continued youth exchanges and cultural engagement between the two cities.
