Clark Frayser Honored by Hispanic American Foundation
Clark Frayser, San Luis Potosí Sister City Partnership Chair, received the Hispanic American Foundation’s award for Years of Support and Dedication to Building Global Community. The recognition was presented during the 2022 Noche de Gala, a celebration themed “A Tale of Two Sister Cities,” highlighting the enduring connection between Tulsa and San Luis Potosí.
