Tulsa Delegation Attends Festival de Ciudades Hermanas in San Luis Potosí
Clark Frayser led a Tulsa delegation to San Luis Potosí from November 2–6 to participate in the Festival de Ciudades Hermanas, held in celebration of the city’s 430th anniversary. The festival featured a large multicultural exhibition showcasing music, dance, gastronomy, crafts, sports, tourism, and Sister City displays. Delegates representing the University of Tulsa, Casa de la Cultura, and the Hispanic-American Foundation of Tulsa explored new opportunities for educational and cultural exchange between the two cities.
