Beihai Partnership Brings Chinese Culture to Summer Camps
The Tulsa–Beihai Sister City Partnership supported cultural programming for local youth during the summer of 2023 through activities at OU-Tulsa and Dillon International’s summer camps. Participants explored Chinese culture through hands-on crafts, stories, and interactive learning.
