Japan Consul-General Visits Tulsa
Members of the Tulsa Utsunomiya Sister City Partnership joined city leadership in welcoming distinguished guests from the Consulate-General of Japan during a luncheon held on December 17. The gathering included Japan Consul-General Murabayashi, Japan Consul Takahashi, Tulsa City Councilor Christa Patrick, and Rodrigo Rojas, Deputy Chief of Staff in the Mayor’s Office.
